2. Select "Rankings" from the tabs at the bottom of LINE MUSIC ⇒ *Check the number of plays for "Fateful Summer" (Type J) in the "(Your Name)'s TOP 50" column and take a screenshot.

3. Fill out the required information on the application form and upload the screenshot taken in step 2.
